Files and Media on Your Device. Because the Application provides full-device file recovery functionality, it may require access to all files and folders on your device (via the Android “All Files Access” permission). This access is used only to scan, recover, and restore files that you select. We do not transmit or sell your personal files.

Third-Party Services. We integrate third-party SDKs that may collect additional information, including device identifiers (such as Advertising ID), crash logs, and app usage information:

• Google AdMob / Mobile Ads – to display ads
• Firebase Analytics – to understand usage and improve the Application
• Firebase Crashlytics – to help diagnose crashes and technical issues

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Information collected by third-party services (Google Ads, Firebase) is handled according to their own privacy policies. We may disclose information only if:

• Necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Hecorat, our users, or the public
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

Your Choices

• Opt-out of Ads Personalization: You can reset or limit your Advertising ID in your device settings.
• Stop all data collection: You can uninstall the Application at any time using your device’s standard uninstall process.

Data Deletion Requests

If you wish to request deletion of personal data collected by us (excluding files that remain solely on your device), please email file.recovery.pro@gmail.com with the subject line “Request user data deletion”.

Children’s Privacy

The Application is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 without parental consent. If you become aware that your child has used the Application without consent, please contact us immediately.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. Access is restricted to authorized personnel. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
